I saw Voodoo Flowers leaning on a vintage Cadillac on set of an LA music video shoot. His arms were crossed and a massive Cadillac ring embraced his knuckles. Flower’s vintage hot-rod was on standby to play the supporting rolling in the video. I felt it was safer bet to ask about his car instead of the origin of his name, so I did. “I built that car in my driveway.” He said. “It made me pretty nervous when the cast was driving her earlier today. Nobody drives my car.”
It was an honor to chat with Elmer Towns. Elmer is co-founder of Liberty University and has written nearly 100 books (required reading in college). He didn’t flinch when I snapped this photo, instead, he gently smiled. I’m not sure, but I think he might have been playing Ruzzle.
It was hard to miss the bright purple hair in the flickering NYC subway lights. I had already started thinking about finishing my “100 Stranger Project” by the end of the year and knew this might be the person to get me back in the game. So, I introduced myself. After rubbing her eyes Johnea turned on her smile. Two clicks later, the girl with purple hair flipped around and walked up the stairs.
